Steering Wheel Lock Closed Hook / Closed Hook

Steering wheel lock with 2" strap that secures the steering wheel by placing the fixed end around the steering wheel and attaching the other end under the seat or brake pedal. Pulling the adjustable strap end until all slack is removed secures the wheel. The strap is released by pressing the cam buckle.
