These long reach receivers work great when you don't have quite enough under reach extension.

They will give you 12 inches of reach, from the back of the cross bar to the center of the fork hole.

Long Reach Receiver is available in  4 x 4", 4-1/2 x 4-1/2", 4 x 5", 4 x 6", and 5 x 5".
