The 3 inch to 2 inch Hitch Adapter is a reducer sleeve that slides in a 3 inch receiver. It is constructed with rounded corners and it is zinc plated for durability. It has a 5/8 inch hitch pin hole. This adapter will not change towing capacity requirements.
